THE CHALLENGE
Andrew wanted to grow his YouTube channel and needed a dynamic trailer to entice new viewers to subscribe.
His channel had branding inconsistencies we needed to solve and some of the clips he wanted to use for his channel trailer were very low-resolution (before AI upscalers could solve such problems).
THE SOLUTION
Starting from the logo, I created a visual theme around the 3D blob in the background. I introduced framing devices to avoid upscaling the low resolution footage where possible.
To support his motion branding I also created updated lower thirds, an animated logo both as a sting and watermark overlay, and a titles template.
THE RESULTS
By extending Andrew’s branding into motion we made the channel a recognisable home for fans and newcomers alike within YouTube.
In the first three months, the trailer received over 14,000 views and the channel nearly doubled it’s subscribers to 106,000 people.

The animated logo was used both as a sting to close videos and a channel watermark over long-form content.
